★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace 15 min baje a comprar medicamento y me dijeron que ya no recibían pago con tarjeta , me atendió la señorita meldy melissa Chan cuxim , le comenté que mi pago seria en efectivo , todo iba muy bien hasta que me dijo que no tenía cambio y que no me podía cobrar solo si tenía el dinero exacto , que ya había hecho su corte y que si quería lo fuera a cambiar yo a otro lado . Su excusa era que ha iba a cerrar. Yo considero que si farmacia Yza es una empresa consolidada deberían dar más capacitación de atención a clientes . Muy mala atención. Incapacidad para solucionar un problema .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te Roban!! Los empleados no te dan el ticket para que no veas lo que te cobran demás! A mi esposo le robaron $700 pesos hace meses y la empresa no hizo nada al respecto! Hoy otra vez las empleadas lo intentaron por casi $300 pesos y fui a pelearles y si me los tuvieron que regresae! Que coraje los abusos y ellas tan contentas. NO COMPRES AHI!!!
