Great view, I don't remember his name but the tequila guy was a hoot.

Just beautiful. There are swings and chairs facing the water, the spray from the waves helping cool you down. We didn't climb the stairs to the top, but heard the view up there is amazing. There's also another building with artifacts from the first lighthouses, as well as info on the species of animals on the island. Great trip.

Absolutely gorgeous views from the top of the lighthouse. It's worth the climb to the top! The fresh juice margaritas are amazing.

Cozumel is a very beautiful quaint location. It has beautiful beaches and a beautiful community of shopes and restaurants. A short 40 minute ferry ride from Playa del Carmen. You have several choices of beaches and shoreline to explore. It is a definite must see and experience if your travels take you the Mayan Riviera.

Very nice stop. We visited in October 2021. We paid extra ($18 total) for the lighthouse tour and Punta Sur beach with drinks. Well worth it. The sign says 133 steps but it was easy as there was always a nice breeze. The drive out can be blinding if it's a real sunny day so take sunglasses.

Beautiful views from the light house. Not crowded when we went. There are bathrooms that are very clean. A good place to visit for first timer!

My husband and I were escorted by private taxi to view the sites around the 60-kilometer (37-mile) loop in Cozumel. Along the way, we visited a swamp with man- eating crocodiles; Mayan ruins circa 1200 a d.; and a lighthouse with 133 steps to the top. The views of the hardscrabble land and turbulent ocean from the height of the Fresnel lens of the lighthouse were stunning. We also saw frigates and falcons, pelicans and pedestrians, and surfers and cenotes. The last part of the loop was through a residential area of San Miguel where we saw pharmacies, medical facilities, a naval base, a high school, gas stations, grocery stores, and all kinds of businesses that serve the community. After five months of COVID-19 lockdown where the citizenry couldn't even go to the beach without the possibility of being arrested, Cozumel is back in swing. Thank you to our wonderful driver for escorting us to his favorite island sites. He proudly calls Cozumel his home.
