Se realizó la reserva a través de la página web y al consultarles sobre el estado del pedido días después a través de WhatsApp, dicen que no existe nada y te intentan vender con otro precio más elevado. Al hacerles ver que el error es de su parte pues tengo los correos de confirmación de la reserva por la página web, aceptan proceder con el servicio solo si se paga por adelantado y si se le brinda la numeración de la tarjeta, aún cuando en la web ofrecen la opción de pago por PayPal o al recibir el vehículo. Al final aceptan que el pago se realice contra entrega como se solicitó inicialmente, pero al acercarse el día de la reserva se les pide confirmar que el servicio se llevará a cabo y deciden ignorar mis mensajes. Responsablemente les notifico a través del WhatsApp que ya que no he recibido su confirmación voy a proceder a buscar otras opciones, simplemente se limitan a responder "ok". No sé si está empresa tiene clientes de sobra que se dan el lujo de tratarlo a uno con falta de respeto e indiferencia, pero ciertamente demostraron tener poco o nada de entendimiento en servicio al cliente, ser muy poco responsables y tener poca visión de negocio, especialmente entrando en la época de fiestas de fin de año y en las circunstancias actuales con la pandemia. Para quien lea ésta reseña, mi consejo es que busque alguna otra opción pues esta empresa no es de fiar según mi experiencia. Unfortunately, very irresponsible. I don't know if this company has plenty of customers who have the luxury of treating you with disrespect and indifference, but they certainly showed little or no understanding of customer service, being very little responsible and having little business acumen. especially coming into the holiday season of the end of the year and in the current circumstances with the pandemic. For those who read this review, my advice is to look for some other option as this company is not to be trusted in my experience.

Nos atendieron muy bien por whatsapp, nos recibieron muy bien en el aeropuerto, entrega rapida, buen auto, aun mas grande que el que habiamos reservado. Muy buena atencion de parte de Omar. Cumplieron con la devolucion del monto bloqueado en la tarjeta. En resumen muy buen servicio. Recomendable The service lived up to most of the positive comments read. They treated us very well by whatsapp, they received us very well at the airport, fast delivery, good car, even bigger than the one we had booked. Very good attention from Omar. They meet you right outside the airport to the left and take care of you. Last time we rented with Firefly they made us purchase insurance with increased the price of the car rental from 5 to 85 dollars. I highly recommend Omar with Fast Cancun Car Rental.

We found this company on a fluke and it has worked out so well . We travel to the area about 4 or more times a year. Rarely any issues and if there are he fixes the issue quickly. Whereas when we used to use other services it was always wondering if we were going have a good car or not and tte wait time was horrible. The quotes are always spot on. They are almost always there waiting for us when we arrive. Omar makes the process easy and it definitely fits the name they are fast! We refer friends family and our clients all the time.
