★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service. We came and were served awesomely. Two ladies we met at this place were very helpful and had arranged everything exactly as we agreed. What's important, is that they take deposit also in cash (in our case 200 USD) and payment in same way. But payment by card was probably also possible (I saw payment terminal). Car was clean and almost new (we rented Suzuki Ignis). Insurance was fully covered, no extra payment needed. If I compare this rental with nearby Avis I would choose this one every time. In Avis they tried to rip us (as I wrote in my review there) and was avout 50% more expensive, but here everything was perfect from start to the end. 6 stars out of 5! Good job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently located in the loby of Catalonia Playa Maroma Hotel, XCarRent proved to be an excellent choice for a day of adventure outside the resort. I rented a Hyundai i10 for $80 US/ day , fully insured and with unlimited Kms. The car was in good shape mechanically and esthetically and it performed well in traffic with 3 people on board.
We managed to see the ruins in Tulum , 2 cenotes and did a bit of shopping in Playa del Carmen in one day, much better and cheaper than taking the tours organised at the hotel. Great customer service. Highly recommended.
