★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GR Solaris, tiene la estructura para ser un gran hotel, su edificación, su teatro, sus albercas, su combinación de filiales (hoteles), pero...... la mayoría de su personal es muy frío (se calientan si hay buena propina, en todas las áreas), escasez de comida, postres, ingredientes para bebidas tropicales. En la cena de tipo gala, tienes que reservar un día antes, aunque llegues el primer día (imposible, ya perdiste la primera cena), las llaves de la habitación a la antigua (el brazalete es una muy buena opción, sin des configurarse la tarjeta por traerla cerca del celular, una bolsa para cada cosa, jajaja). A pesar de contratar todo incluido, está el otro nivel VIP, que incluye desde toallas hasta BAR con mejores licores, pasando por habitaciones con vista al mar (el VIP es para clientes que compran membresía por años). Lo bueno es que hay muchas opciones y cadenas hoteleras

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a wonderful all inclusive Ocean front resort. Lots to do, day or night, spa treatments, great food, entertainment, and most of all SERVICE is outstanding. From check in to check out very satisfied. Thanks to Yazmin and Sergio for taking such good care of us, Ovilia for the great omeletts, Roger and Mr Orange for wonderful food and service in Marco Polo, Henry for being such a great waiter in the lobby bar and at the pool and the entertainment team for keeping us busy Israel, Gerry and Monte. Nice thing is that there are 2 sister properties 5 minutes away and can be used during the same stay.
