Pros: Lovely people who work here, very charming. Tranquil and well maintained Adult atmosphere Cons: “Beach access” involves them driving you about five minutes. The “indoor pool” is simply a pool on the premises, but it is not ”inside.” The “breakfast buffet” is simply fruit, bread & coffee. The café there is pretty much Americano fair The local businesses not very customer friendly I recommend Super Shuttle from the airport. It will cost you approximately $25 per person for s two-way fare. You need to speak some Spanish if you’re going to frequent any of the market or restaurants because some are not bilingual even though this is a popular area for tourism. Overall, it was a good value, but it should’ve been less based on what I could of got elsewhere for the same amount. WiFi needs to be better since that is all of the modern world that is offered, unless you’re trying to get away from that then this is a pro for you.

I would have gave 5 stars if they had beach access. We had a colonial suite that was absolutely amazing. Care for the details, quality furniture, spotless clean, good breakfast and friendly staff. Perfect to stay away from the popular Playa del Carmen chaos.

While this is not a five-star resort, it absolutely deserves high ratings, especially for the price. The staff was amazingly friendly and beyond helpful. The facility is well maintained and the bungalows are very clean and comfortable. The pool is lovely but warms up quite a bit during the day (because it’s hot there!). There are hammocks outside of each bungalow and it’s quite lovely to sit out there and watch the bats fly around at night catching bugs. There’s adorable “house cats,” dogs, peacocks, and other creatures on the property and if you’re lucky you’ll catch a glimpse of the resident coati (which is huge deal if you’re a city kid like me). The food at the restaurant is pretty decent but breakfast with your room only includes a small dish of fruit, a glass of juice, plain coffee, and a basket of bready type “pastries.” Do be prepared to have to travel to see sites, this is not a centrally located hotel (hence the very, very modest prices for the quality). It’s a mile and a half minimum down to the beach, a 20 minute drive to Playa del Carmen, and 30 minutes to Cancun. The good news is that there are always taxis waiting and you can pick up the bus across the road that takes you right to Playa del Carmen. They do have free admission for guests to use the water park a little ways up the road... I didn’t have time to visit so can’t review. Overall though, would 100% stay here again and whole heartedly recommend.

They do not allow access to the public beach which is unconstitutional. I went there recently and they sent us through the Marina instead. In the Marina, they charge to go in but at least it is possible to go. They shouldn't charge anyway. Very bad on their end to avoid public access.

This is the perfect place. We just stayed 5days in this place, everything was just perfect and so wonderful. The place is so quiet, clean, pretty and wonderful. Every staff was so nice and they always smile. They trying to help us very well. Most of all, they really love pets. If we have come for future, I will definitely come this place again. Already miss there..

This is a very beautiful hotel with extremely good value-for-money set among palm trees in a rather unexpected location by the highway but you can`t hear it. We booked it as a place to spend a first nights after arrival at Cancun. It was great to discover the best food in the area, served in the in-house restaurant incongruously called Burger Stop. Only disadvantage for this hotel there are no access to the beach which is near the hotel.

Made reservations to Stay again this year but! They were closed, no notice of closure etc. In Mexico they. Are really low, on occupancy, restaurants with changing food availability etc, every other day staffing, lots of new people at bottom dollar prices for wages since there is little work It would have been nice to know they were closed after taking a reservation...buyer beware if they don't answer they maybe gone.
