My husband and I were very excited to stay here but honestly the reality had us very disappointed. There’s like 3 guys that work at the front desk, it seemed like their understaffed. Their beach club during the day is relaxing, at night it’s more of a party. DJ just plays house music entire time it can get boring after a while. We stayed in the jungle private room and it wasn’t even private. Workers woke us up at 5am building and hammering things next to our room. This was not at all pleasant for us. They gave us complimentary wine in our room and had to walk to the bar for them to open it. The food was great, until we realized they prepare the food in small shacks in the back. They didn’t wear gloves while preparing the food and they definitely have a fly problem. The pizza dough was sitting outside surrounded by flies and they still served the food to the guests at the beach club. Super unsanitary and not to mention they’re sweating as well. Our room had beautiful views, but we just didn’t enjoy our stay. If your looking for a young crowd that likes to party and smoke and drink this is the place. This isn’t a place for couples or nothing romantic. There’s no nightlife where the hotel is at, I would recommend renting a golf cart/bike and going to downtown. The dock was the best part and you get awesome sunset or sunrise views in the ocean. Hope this helps someone!

I don't even know where to start... in addition to having an excellent team, their service is spectacular. It has first class facilities, super fast Internet (for those who work) and the best parties in the area. Incredible views and spectacular sunsets, definitely a must when you are in Isla Mujeres.

I had aided experience at this place. I had come here for the Sat party and place was really rocking with a superb vibe, great sound and lights set. The party was one the best in the island. I would have love to stay in this place. They have a great setting with greenery and private access to the water. But something really scary happened for me when a random dude tried to mess with me at the party. I was a bit scared as he mentioned some mafia stuff, I reached out to the reception for help and if I could get a room to stay the night. The person followed me there and there was a big chaos in the reception when multiple people stated to threaten me, I was really scared as the whole conversation was in Spanish and there was no security person present. Ultimately I was able to establish that I do not speak Spanish and somehow let the whole thing pass. The receptionist Victor did apologise to me later, I was really scared and felt helpless as these people claimed to be island locals; he assured me that it was settled after he would have offered me a room if it was available. He then called a cab for me to go back to my hotel and that was the end of it. I’m sure this could be one off incident but the a venue should have better security when they have foreigners coming into their property.

Amazing hotel and such a lively atmosphere. We got the private room which was really beautiful vibe and decor. DJ was spectacular the first night we were there. Mixed EDM with live guitar and sax which was awesome. Food is good too and service is superb. Jorge at the bar is a total legend!

Mixed feelings… We couldn't sleep until 2am because of the loud music and very thin walls. Generally overpriced, plus they choose their own exchange rate from dollars to pesos, which was higher than the official exchange rate. Besides that, the location and private beach is very cool and the style of the hostel is super nice. The Private room was spacious and clean with private hammock on the balcony?

We have stayed there for 2 nights 14-16 April. The place is beautiful: great beach area with the cabanas, pool, music. Our room was nice too! The brand really gets the concept and deco right. We have ordered two burgers at their bar and they were also delicious. However, can’t get pass the staff attitude - both at the front office and the bar. Ordering my food at the bar the first day (the burgers and some drinks) was one of the worst experiences at a bar I had- the waiters were looking at me, I was ordering and it was like they were not taking the order. There was one of them repeating my order to the others and I was not seeing them moving forward . It took them 20minutes for them to start pouring the drinks ..it was so confusing .. I’m not sure maybe they were high or drunk. I understand we are at a hostel and we are cool and fun but professionalism there’s a basic level of it .. One of the other nights the bartender was fine so it must really depend on the time or luck. Last night there was a salsa party and our room faces the party .. I understand and I’m actually not that sensitive to noise but the volume was so LOUD that the windows were moving the whole building was moving … ridiculous … The front office were very arrogant , provided very basic check in info. Again, the last morning , one of them was really nice and helped us with information we needed. But overall.. the staff attitude is absurd. Hope you take this in consideration because you could get your scores really higher..

Good vibes and beautiful hostel! We arrived late on Wednesday evening, starving and tired just to get the great surprise that there was a salsa party at the hostel and they had many food options right there! Tasty and very affordable prices. The octopus and fish tacos were amazing! As well as the margaritas of course. Me and my boyfriend found everything we wanted here: beachfront, pool, bar, food and a beautiful area to chill under the palm trees during the day. Also, there’s free yoga class every morning on the harbor, amazing. The beach area is kind of small. But you can definitely go for a swim in the clear waters. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, we stayed at a 16 people mixed room, and honestly everyone was very respectful during the 5 nights we stayed there. Each bed has its curtain, lamp and we’re to plug your phone to charge. If you want to go to the center or around, I recommend taking a taxi. It was very cheap. Oh, breakfast was amazing too. Like for 8dollars or less you would get sweet tropical fruit, pancakes, coffee or many other options.
