★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, en plena psndemia y nos hacen esperar el tiempo que quieren. 2 señoritas atienden para todo el publico y ademas platican, se para una de ellas a desayunar y casi congelados por que te pasan a la antesala a esperar otra hora con el aire muy frio ....
 Terrible service, in full pandemic and they make us wait as long as they want. 2 young ladies attend to all the public and also talk, one of them stops to have breakfast and almost frozen because they pass you to the anteroom to wait another hour with the air very cold ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay un orden de atención al cliente. Solo hay una persona atendiendo, una ayudante temporal, después de un largo tiempo de espera llega otra persona.. hay que anotarse en unas hojas para poder pasar, cuando antes tomabas un turno y era un poco más ágil...!
There is no customer service order. There is only one person attending, a temporary assistant, after a long waiting time another person arrives .. you have to sign up on some sheets to pass, when you used to take a turn and it was a bit more agile ...!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me arrancaron los cables más de tres veces porque argumentan que no pagamos lo que ellos creen que deberíamos pagar, ya metimos documentos y no los subieron al sistema. Ahhh pero con mordida si trabajan.
Terrible service, they ripped out my cables more than three times because they argue that we did not pay what they think we should pay, we already entered documents and they did not upload them to the system. Ahhh but with bite if they work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio el que proporcionan!! Sin Luz desde hace ya una semana, y no pueden venir a conectar un bendito medidor. Dicen que se marque al 071 mismos que dan “seguimiento” pero sin respuesta alguna... se exige lo que se paga así como de la misma manera sabemos que tenemos que realizar nuestros pagos puntuales.
Terrible service they provide !! Without light for a week now, and they cannot come to connect a blessed meter. They say that 071 should be dialed, they give "follow-up" but without any response ... what is paid is required as well as in the same way we know that we have to make our payments on time.
