Terrible customer service, they did not even bother to look for my package in their system, when I had already arrived they made me go around several times, despite the fact that the guide said it was already there. including they never answer the phone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Las instalaciones y du fachada se vende como Fedex pero no lo es, es una paqueteria q hace envios por Fedex, solo la playera de la empleada tiene el nombre correcto . Envié un paquete un jueves y era lunes y argumentaban q saldria el martes. Q informalidad. Terminé llevandolo a Fedex Tula y llegó en menos de 24 horas. No pierdan su tiempo si tienen una fecha para el remitente o consideren la demora para q no les salgan con sorpresas porq nadie se hace responsable.
Terrible service. The facilities and facade is sold as Fedex but it is not, it is a parcel that does Fedex shipments, only the shirt of the employee has the correct name. I sent a package on a Thursday and it was Monday and they argued that it would come out on Tuesday. Q informality. I ended up taking it to Fedex Tula and it arrived in less than 24 hours. Do not waste your time if they have a date for the sender or consider the delay so that they do not leave with surprises because no one is responsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te reciben paquetes ya con guía preparada por 25 pesos a cambio, porque no es Centro de Envió fedex, es franquicia y están desfasados 1-2 días hábiles en lo que pasa la camioneta, pero fuera de eso muy bien.
They receive packages already with a prepared guide for 25 pesos in exchange, because it is not a fedex Shipping Center, it is a franchise and they are 1-2 business days out of date in what the truck passes, but outside of that very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es Fedex "Original" por así decirlo, son subcontratistas que fungen como de mandaderos, llevas tu envío ahí y ellos lo entregan al Fedex verdadero.
Ni escáner tienen
It is not "Original" Fedex so to speak, they are subcontractors that act as messengers, you take your shipment there and they deliver it to the real Fedex.
They don't even have a scanner
