★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy a las 5:40 acudí a la sucursal para un envío primeriso y la señora que me atendió fue muy grosera aún tenía tiempo de atenderme y me dijo que ya no porque no llevaba guía, tuve que ir hasta el de la 11 Sur y cero que ver ellos súper atentos y rápido, bien le pudo dar tiempo a la señora de atenderme, si no quiere trabajar entonces no se hace ahí, era gordita y estaba en el monitor, ojalá hagan algo al respecto porque yo no tengo la necesidad de buscar otro lugar solo porque la señora ya se quiere ir

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde el sábado 11 de septiembre 2021 al día de hoy 13 de septiembre 2021 no es posible documentar nada (enviar paquete) a menos que ya tengas la guía desde casa. Esto debido a que no tienen sistema y no han podido restablecerlo.
Si deseas enviar un paquete en estos días, te recomiendo llames primero o vayas a otra sucursal.
From Saturday, September 11, 2021 to today, September 13, 2021 it is not possible to document anything (send package) unless you already have the guide from home. This is because they have no system and have not been able to restore it.
