★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención por parte de la encargada, mi paquete fue entregado puntualmente, sólo que me solicitó que llevará 4 impresiones de mi ficha de rastreo, así que tuve que ir a un Ciber café cercano a imprimir las demás, no me quejo pues a una de las impresiones le coloco un sello de la compañía como comprobante para mí.
Excellent attention from the manager, my package was delivered on time, only she asked me to bring 4 prints of my tracking card, so I had to go to a nearby Cyber café to print the others, I am not complaining to one of the I put a company stamp on the prints as proof for me.

They never answer the phone to ask for information the super ugly customer service and with very ugly ways I suggest better attention and that they answer the number if not better not have it public

They never, NEVER answer the phone, if they can't do that which is simple, I can't imagine the services they provide.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No es muy amable la persona que te atiende, nada flexible, y si vas a recoger algo que no es tuyo pero es de un familiar, aunque lleves la guía, su copia de INE y carta firmada por el, NO TE ENTREGA LOS PAQUETES!!!
O sea, que onda?
The person who attends you is not very friendly, not flexible at all, and if you are going to pick up something that is not yours but belongs to a relative, even if you take the guide, his copy of INE and a letter signed by him, THEY DO NOT DELIVER THE PACKAGES! !!
