I ordered two items from Walmart Mexico, which uses FedEx as its shipper.
Even though we were home all day when the driver allegedly attempted delivery, he never rang our doorbell or honked to let us know there was a delivery. We tried every FedEx phone number in Oaxaca, but FedEx does not pick up. Then we called FedEx in Mexico City, where the main FedEx office told us that FedEx Oaxaca does not bother to ever answer the phones.
We scheduled delivery again, and the first item reached us. However, the driver clearly failed to notice that the second item was in is truck also. So he LIED on the FedEx documentation by indicating that we refused delivery!
It has been 17 days since we placed our order for a simple television bracket, and this order is still not resolved because FedEx Oxaca is unethical. FedEx is unreliable. Their employees lie. They don't ever answer the phones.
DHL in Oaxaca, in contrast, has always delivered without a problem.
