★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO. Te dicen que pasaron a tu domicilio cuando no es cierto. Dejaron una nota y nunca tocaron la puerta ni llamaron. Tardan mucho. Mi primer y ultima experiencia con FEDEX. Debería quebrar. Pobre de los empleados, mala dirección. NO LOS RECOMIENDO. No entiendo como llegaron a expandirse fuera de su pais origen, ya que el servicio es horrible.
 TERRIBLE SERVICE. They tell you that they came to your home when it is not true. They left a note and never knocked on the door or knocked. They take a long time. My first and last experience with FEDEX. It should go bankrupt. Poor employees, bad management. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. I do not understand how they came to expand outside their country of origin, since the service is horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahorita por la pandemia solo entra 1 persona, hay que hacer fila pero no es tardado, no hay sombra, así que si van en día soleado lleven algo con que cubrirse del sol!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a dejar un paquete para envio de mercado libre y me pidieron que lo dejara sobre otros paquetes, al revisar la pagina de intenet aparece que lo entregue despues de la hora de cierre y la hora de entrega fue alrededor de las 4:30 pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya es la segunda ocasión que el el señor que atiende de lentes quiere hacerme cobros demás que en otras sucursales no las hacen, tuve dos detalles...
1)la primera vez cotice un envío y en la página me dio un costo, voy a sucursal Escobedo y el señor de lentes me quiso cobrar demás una cantidad considerable.. me lleve el paquete a otra sucursal y allí si me cobraron lo correcto.
2) hoy tuve otro detalle llevo mi guía prepagada de 5 Kg (mi paquete pesa menos de kilo aún y con peso volumétrico) el señor quería cobrarme excedente, le comenté que no era posible ya que nunca he tenido problema en otra sucursal y no lo hice cambiar.. tuve que dejarlo en otra sucursal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incidente muy desafortunado, al entregar mi paquete checaron que no habia ningun problema, casi un mes despues mi paquete no se ha recibido, no lo encontraban,.... Pase en 3 dias, tendrá que ir a bodega, permitame su guía .... Pero por qué?....- Es que la guia esta mal...
