★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pesimo servicio, tienen personal que no les gusta su trabajo, atienden fatal, POR FUERZA tienes que comprar una caja que ellos mismos te venden, de lo contrario no envian tu paquete, segun ellos, NO PUEDEN recibir otro tipo de caja que no sea de FEDEX, me suena a fraude, quien me asegura que no revenden las dichosas cajas.
Terrible service, they have staff who do not like their work, they are terrible, BY FORCE you have to buy a box that they sell you, otherwise they will not send your package, according to them, THEY CANNOT receive any other type of box that is not from FEDEX, sounds like a fraud to me, who assures me that they don't resell the damn boxes.
