★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca traen cubrebocas, o solo se lo pone el que te atiende mientras los demás no lo traen puesto, aparte siempre tienen su puerta cerrada lo que aumenta mucho el riesgo al contagio de covid. Si no te quieres contagiar NO VAYAS a esta sucursal.
They never wear a mask, or only the one who attends to you puts it on while the others do not wear it, apart from that they always have their door closed, which greatly increases the risk of covid contagion. If you don't want to get infected DO NOT GO to this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal de camarones es pesima te atienden como si te hicieran un favor por hacer tus envíos siempre esta cerrado y son unos rateros mañosos envie documentos con unos chocolates de regalo y les sacaron los chocolates y se los quedaron los trabajadores solo desacreditan a este tipo de empresas y dejan al cliente con la frustración, trabajadores abusivos y mañosos sin etica
The shrimp branch is terrible, they treat you as if they were doing you a favor for making your shipments, it is always closed and they are crafty thieves. companies and leave the client with frustration, abusive and crafty workers without ethics

Fast and effective service when I drop off my package with ML guide. Be careful with the location, if Google sends them almost on the corner of Cuitlahuac, it is not there, it is on the corner with Yuca

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué a Fedex a las 4:31 en LUNES, el horario dice que cierran a las 6:00 pm. A pesar que están ahí detras de una puerta que ni cierran bien, ponen su letrero de sanitización hasta 10 min antes del cierre, ¡un trabajo ejemplar Fedex!
I got to Fedex at 4:31 on a MONDAY, the schedule says they close at 6:00pm. Even though they are there behind a door that doesn't close properly, they put up their sanitization sign up to 10 minutes before closing time, an exemplary Fedex job!
