★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicito constantemente paquetes y nunca llegan a tiempo, además van cambiando como quieran las fechas de entrega . Hay pedidos que incluso les toma 3 semanas no lo recomiendo. Tardan igual que el servicio de correo.
 I constantly request packages and they never arrive on time, they also change the delivery dates as they want. There are orders that even take 3 weeks I do not recommend. They take the same as the mail service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8 días un paquete en el centro de distribución en merida y nada que se entregue.... si lo tengo que ir a buscar al centro de distribución que caso tiene que se pague por el servicio de paquetería?, no entiendo la logística de sus envíos, veo diario los camiones repartiendo pero no se como es que disciernen que paquete entregar.
8 days a package in the distribution center in merida and nothing to be delivered .... if I have to go and look for it in the distribution center, what if it has to be paid for the parcel service? I do not understand the logistics of its shipments, I see trucks delivering daily but I don't know how they discern which package to deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De nada te sirve pedir a domicilio si nunca te lo traerán, mas de 2 semanas en la bodega de Mérida, de no haber llamado me imagino que mi paquete seguiría ahí, pedí para domicilio pero por el servicio tan lento que tienen pedí para retirarlo en la sucursal, no se porque dan tan mal servicio, cabe resaltar que no es la primera vez que me hacen lo mismo.
It is useless to ask at home if they will never bring it to you, more than 2 weeks in the Merida winery, if I had not called I imagine that my package would still be there, I asked for home delivery but because of the slow service they have I asked to pick it up at the branch, I do not know why they give such bad service, it should be noted that it is not the first time they do the same to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se roban los paquetes y no te respaldan . No les importa que pierdas tu mercancía . No hay un seguro como tal . Solo se pierde y ya . Le dicen a MERCADOLIBRE que el paquete lo entregaron completo. CUANDO NO ES VERDAD !!!! Y SÉ ESTÁN ROBANDO LAS COSAS
The packages are stolen and they do not support you. They don't care if you lose your merchandise. There is no insurance as such. It is only lost and that's it. They tell MERCADOLIBRE that the package was delivered complete. WHEN IT'S NOT TRUE!!!! AND I KNOW THEY ARE STEALING THINGS
