Probably the worst courrier service in mexico. They miss deliveries, never leave a notice, say they were there but never were. Good service in the usa but certainly not here. If you want good service, use DHL. Very prompt, on time and leave notices when a delivery is missed, and they re deliver next day. Something fedx will not do.

I was very pleased with the service I received here. The young lady works very hard and is very efficient. Stop complaining about her not answering the phone and if u dont like it Yankee go home. I am from the USA and hate expats that complainabout everything.

Sharp well trained efficient salespeople with a great attitude. Much preferred over the competition. 148 Canal is the best one in San Miguel by far.

They seem to never answer their telephone. I don't know how a business can operate like that? They also need someone who speaks English. I had 6 packages sent and they have been all over Mexico, delivered to wrong cities by FedEx. What a mess. HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM MONTHS LATER! I arrived and the hours on Google are different than those on the door. What is wrong with these people? In November of 2021, I took a set of documents to "close" on the sale of my house in California to this Fed Ex office. It was closed during the regular business hours posted on Google. I waited with a long line of customers for the office to re-open. I had to wait 30 minutes for the store to re-open. The representative took my documents and label that had been sent to me by the Title Co. She looked at the label but did not tell me that it needed a special form for Customs because it contained commercial contents (Real Estate Trust Company documents). My house missed the closing date because my documents were put on "hold" in Tennessee. No one from Fed Ex contacted me or the Title Company about this needed special form that no one informed me about at the store. THIS FED EX OFFICE IS COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT. TOTALLY INCOMPETENT.
