★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato, no te asisten en nada, te hacen ir varias veces y cuando vuelves la misma persona que te rechaza, no te pide el dato por lo que te rechazaron la primera vez tomarte el envio.
El personal que tienen no debería atender al público.....
 Terrible treatment, they do not assist you in anything, they make you go several times and when you return the same person who rejects you, does not ask for the information so they rejected you the first time to take the shipment.
The staff they have should not attend to the public.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personnel with very little customer service I was the only customer with two persons just talking to each other ignoring my presence for some minutes until I interrupt them after questioning all the information of the small package to sent their lunch arrived so I have to be put a side until the food was delivered paid and stored in the back then have to repeat all information again, after looking of the objects to be shipped and tell me need to buy a FedEx box, another customer showed up so I was put aside again, because he was “mercado libre” kind of México eBay and they had priority over casual customers so after he gave his package resumed again with me and had to tell all my information for third time, next time will try a different courier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HA HA HA and one star because I couldn't put 0!!! I suppose to receive a package in my house, they never left a paper in my mailbox, they give me instructions to pick up package..went to Juriquilla and was closed!!! Had to pay gas, parking.. TERRIBLE!!!!... .. UPDATE: Then I went AGAIN!!! and in Boulevard U. un Juriquilla branch is STILL CLOSED!!! wasted parking gas and my time!!! and in Mercado Libre said i have to pick up the package.. yes???? where no employees, no answering telephones .. yikes!!! AGAIN... TERRIBLE ... WHY do I have to phone customer service??? IF YOU GOT PAID BY ME TO DELIVER!??? AGGH
