★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen día, no quería creer los malos comentarios sobre el uso del telefono. Experiencia, no recomiendo esa mensajería para nada. Medio día marcando para pedir información y no más no contestan!!!!! Lastima por quien a pesar de esos problemas siguen haciendo envíos con ellos!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuí ayer sábado a las 2, a recoger un paquete y la señorita no me quiso entregar mi paquete, argumento que cierra a la 2:00 pm, pero mercado libre decía que el horario era 3:00 pm igual que Google maps. Yo voy a salir de viaje y ya no podré recoger mi paquete. Que decepción de servicio.
I went yesterday Saturday at 2, to pick up a package and the lady did not want to give me my package, argument that it closes at 2:00 pm, but the free market said that the hours were 3:00 pm just like Google maps. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísimo me atendio una mujer el lunes a las 7:30pm, muy groseramente me decia que no era de su paqueteria, "esta mo es mia!!, No es mia!!, No es mia", le comente que es reenvio, y le enseñe la hoja de fedex, groseramente me dice "debes quitarle la etiqueta de DHL" me pasa una navaja y la asota con la caja, no sabia como cortar la etiqueta y le pedi ayuda y ella mas enfocada en otra cosa, en eso le digo es todo?, Y m"si!" , Es la primera vez que visito el lugar y me habla groseramente como si fuera varias veces que cometiera ese error, y todo para que siguiera su platica con su amiga en la radio o celular...pesimo muy pesimo servicio
