We had no trouble getting in and even went back a second day in a row for some more ink. They were extremely professional, super polite and respectable. They made us feel comfortable and welcome. Francisco did all our tattoos and was so fun to work with. Got my first tattoo with him and love it! Francisco was professional and made our experience and tattoos amazing. 100% will go back next vacation! Thanks Francisco :)

The guy who helped us pick out our tattoos took his time to make sure that we were happy with them and made sure that all of us felt comfortable in the studio. We had 5 people getting tattoos so we had to make an appointment to come back at 7:00pm. When we came back, there was no wait and we met the artist, Brandon. He was very personable and genuinely cared about getting to know our styles. He did 5 tattoos in 3.5 hours and they were all breathtaking. His attention to detail is flawless and he is beyond talented. He even stayed 30 minutes after their closing time so that he could finish. A huge thank you from all of us. We will definitely be returning!

His line work is absolutely impeccable and they all did such a wonderful job making sure it was an enjoyable experience. I am absolutely obsessed with my newest tattoo. Such a fun way to end our first trip to Playa Del Carmen. Definitely will not be our last trip to Playa or to Feel Ink.

But as soon as we discussed my idea and his tattoo draft I knew he was a professional. The studio itsself is very clean and they sterilize everything (tables, the couch, chairs, machines and more). So I instantly got a good feeling. As you can see from the results he is a top artist! In fact he even convinced, through his art and style, my girlfriend to get inked (1st tattoo). Eventually it was Brandon who made it very gently and nice detailed. Opposes to mine, hers is much more finer and as you can see as well very good stung. So thanks very much for having us and to next time! PS: there's an ATM next to the shop, use this one and pay cash instead with credit card (charge is 16%).

He studied the picture and was very patient with helping me figure out sizing and where on my arm it should go. I was also unsure about some of the details and if I wanted shading or lines and he explained to me why shading was the better option. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and totally delivered. He did an awesome job and I am so excited about the finished product!

The first person we dealt with I regrettably don't remember his name however he was very personable and patient while helping us all pick our designs. I even had picked one and then decided to change it and he enthusiastically assured me there was no worries and helped me to find one I would be happy with. Since our group was large we returned later by an appointed time and met Brandon who was great! He took the time to discuss the designs with each client, making any tweaks he felt would benefit our placement, and ensuring we were all happy with our choices. He was quick but precise and his execution was impeccable!!
