★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La encargada da un trato pésimo a los clientes. Es un negocio en el cual las empleadas carecen de criterio y sentido común, por lo cual, NO recomiendo comprar en esta tlapaleria. Es mejor buscar un establecimiento donde brinden un buen trato al cliente y tengan información clara y precisa sobre sus productos, garantías y devoluciones. Además, no ofrecen facturas, por lo que se notificará al SAT de dicha situación

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es bastante agradable llegar a un establecimiento donde te atiendan como lo hacen es este lugar, el personal conoce su trabajo y lo que admiro es que lo hagan con ganas como si fuera el día de apertura cada día, conocen sus productos, conocen las medidas, y en alguna ocasión me dieron sugerencias de como realizar mi proyecto y eso es lo que atrae, que te sugieran algo más porque así puedes confiar en tu opinión o tomar lo que el personal de esta tlalpaleria te dice. Sin duda alguna si te dan ganas de regresar a comprar. Eso sí son claras en las políticas, pago con tarjeta cuesta 3% más y no hay devoluciones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato que da la Sra. de lentes y al parecer es la dueña es “PEEEEEEEESIMO” es soberbia y da mala cara a los clientes, no quiso realizarme un cambio de una cerradura, ni siquiera se tomó la molestia de revisarla (entiendo que puede haber personas que quieran sorprenderlos, pero no pueden generalizar, además que ya ubican a sus clientes). En fin mejoren el trato al cliente y seguramente los clientes regresaremos con gusto.
Por lo pronto tienen un Cliente menos, se que esto no les importa pero por tal motivo NO RECOMIENDO comprar en este lugar.
