★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ofrecieron algo y a la hora de llegar al hotel nada que ver, ya habia comprado con ellos anteriormemte mi error mandar a alguien pagar y no pedir por escrito las cosas, se justificaron con que el hotel no les aviso de los cambios por contingencia, faltaron muchas cosas que promocionaron con las que contaba el hotel y nada, no tienen las fotos actualizadas de las instalaciones, por que hasta enlamados los muebles de 2 de 3 habitaciónes que reserve, antes de comprar con ellos chequen los comentarios del hotel y pidan las cosas por escrito, para que no les arruinen sus vacaciones como me paso a mi y a mi familia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy cliente primerizo, antes de irme de viaje fui super bien atendido por el personal, ya en mi viaje no contestaban mis mensajes, no me informaron de todos los gastos EXTRA que tenia que realizar estando en los lugares, algunos hoteles muy buenos, en mi segundo viaje pagué un todo incluido en hotel 5 estrellas y pésimo servicio del hotel, pagué un extra por habitación frente al mar y no me lo respetaron, incluso querían cobrar otro cargo extra por llevarme frente al mar mi habitación. No resolvieron nada, no dan seguimiento luego de contratar.
I am a first-time client, before I went on a trip I was very well attended by the staff, since on my trip they did not answer my messages, they did not inform me of all the EXTRA expenses that I had to make while in the places, some very good hotels, in my Second trip I paid an all-inclusive in 5-star hotel and terrible service from the hotel, I paid an extra for a room facing the sea and they did not respect me, they even wanted to charge another extra charge for taking me facing the sea my room.
