I had a great experience with this car rental company. I highly recommend these guys.

Great service. Heard horror stories about Mexican car rental locations and they put all of that at ease. Ricardo waited late for us due to a flight change to make sure we got our vehicle. No harassment for the extra coverage, clear pricing unlike half the stuff advertised online, and seamless check out process. Even before the rental the manager Veronica had promptly exchanged emails with me answering all my questions about the process and what’s needed and even helping with other travel related questions. Highly recommended.

Antonio (supervisor). Excellent customer service. Very friendly to deal with. 800 pesos for mid size car for 24 hours. 8000 pesos for deposit for the car. They will do an inspection with you of the car beforehand to mark down any scratches or anything. Check out, he looks over the car with you again.

Be very careful with this company, they do not return the deposit and they don’t tell you about it that it will be requested in first place. They lie upon returning the deposit! We never got it back and now have to make it legal between banks and the bank said that their “proof of transaction “ is not real, it is a scam. Very terrible experience!!!

The best car rental I've used in Playa Del Carmen/Mexico in general! Very responsive customer service over email/whatsapp through Antonio. They delivered and picked up the car from our hotel in Playacar. Our rep Jose Gomez took good care of us. :) Very punctual and communicative drop off/pick up. Contrary to so many other car rentals, you just know there's not a bone in their body that wants to scam you. Instead, they go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. I swear by only using them every time I'll be in Playa or Cancun!

Excellent experience with Fiesta Car Rental. The booking process was a breeze and the staff were very helpful and honest. Playa is full of car rental scammers but this company is solid. The car was in excellent condition, had no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend!

We've had a great experience! The car was good and the service and kindness of the staff was perfect! Quick response by e-mail and whatsapp. Makes you feel safe if anything might of happened. We would highly recommend to rent with them! We booked online while in Playa del Carmen and requested a drop off in Cancun. Everything went smooth! Especially our thanks to Veronica!

Great experience, good customer service and would use again! Choosing a car rental in PDC can be really tricky because many car rentals with well-know names have really bad reviews (tricks, frauds, missing reservation, etc.), so we tried Fiesta Car Rental. The branch is not in a city center but in a small aisle and you will not see it until the last moment, when you are almost in front of it. They speak English but will appreciate small knowledge of Spanish words (days of the week). What we have experienced and why I cannot give full 5 stars: 1) Even though they have long opening hours the time to pick up and return times were limited. 2) They had prices online but when we got there they told us that there is a huge demand and the rent will be more expensive (I think from 600 to 800 MXN). 3) The last con was that the fuel tank was filled in our case to 3/8 - it is almost impossible to return the car with the same fuel level. You do not want to return it with less because they will charge you even more so you end up overfilling it. Renting and returning cars with a full fuel tank would be much easier and comfortable! However, as I said in the beginning the process, employees' behavior and overall experience was really pleasant and I would use the rent car service from Fiesta again.
