One of the best hotels in Celaya, a very nice pool and always a good treatment, equipment of the best quality such as mitsubishi electric elevators, super comfortable and safe, as well as its facilities make you feel at home.

Excelente atención del personal, habitaciones con televisión por cable, patrañas de excelente tamaño y conección wifi. Lleva traje de baño, por si tienes tiempo de ir a la alberca... The price and the category say it all, a national brand with a minimum quality to cover. Excellent attention from the staff, rooms with cable TV, excellent size hoaxes and Wi-Fi connection. Bring a bathing suit, in case you have time to go to the pool...
M	Marco Encinas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo impecable, renté una habitación sencilla de cama king size, completa limpieza, buena atención del personal desde la llegada, televisión de alta definición, escritorio con su silla, pequeño sofá con descansa piernas y mesita, baño con dos jabones uno en el lava manos y otro en la bañera, papel, crema humectante, pañuelos para la nariz, dos botellas pequeñas de agua, secadora de cabello, y en recepción te apoyan si ocupas otro utensilio que hayas olvidado. Alberca y gimnasio disponible previa cita en recepción (imagino para que no se llene, porque seguimos en pandemia) Obvio tiene servicio de restaurant y bar pero en esta ocasión no lo visité, actualizo si lo hago. La habitación cuenta con un código QR para acceder a menús, horarios y amenidades. Cumple con las expectativas de un buen hotel y lo recomiendo 100% pero recomiendo reservar por internet y no directamente en el hotel porque seguramente le salga más barato. Everything impeccable, I rented a simple room with a king size bed, complete cleanliness, good staff attention from arrival, high definition television, desk with chair, small sofa with leg rest and small table, bathroom with two soaps, one in the sink. and another in the bathtub, paper, moisturizing cream, tissues for the nose, two small bottles of water, hair dryer, and reception will support you if you use another utensil that you have forgotten. Pool and gym available by appointment at reception (I imagine so it doesn't get crowded, because we're still in a pandemic) Obviously it has a restaurant and bar service but this time I didn't visit it, I'll update if I do. The room has a QR code to access menus, schedules and amenities. It meets the expectations of a good hotel and I recommend it 100% but I recommend booking online and not directly at the hotel because it will surely be cheaper.

Todo su personal increíblemente amable y servicial, habitaciones amplias, sólo no me gustó la llave del lavabo es muy corta y salpica todo, por lo demás, fabuloso. En cuanto a la ubicación está retirado, si no tienes auto te tienes que mover en Uber o taxi. Restaurante agradable y con increíble sabor! Muy recomendado. Excellent attention! All your staff incredibly friendly and helpful, spacious rooms, I just didn't like the sink faucet is too short and splashes everything, otherwise fabulous. As for the location, it is remote, if you don't have a car you have to take an Uber or a taxi. Nice restaurant with amazing taste! Highly recommended.
