★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegas a las oficinas y no te atiende. Todo quieren que sea vía telefónica. Que no tienen agentes presentas que ya salieron etc. A la 1:30 pm. Se entiende por qué es más rápido para ellos telefónicamente, pero sigue siendo un mal servicio en persona. No vengan a perder su tiempo.
