 Lousy service, better say they close at 7 and so their employees leave at 8 (from 730pm they don't let anyone in)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo, fui a las 8 pm y ya estaban cerrando cuando aqui dice que cierran hasta las 9 pm y los empleados bien burlones, deberian mejorar su servicio.

El empeño es bueno, en cuanto que te dan más cantidad de dinero por tus prendas pero el interés que cobran es caro.
La gerente no siempre es amable y accesible.
Friendly staff.
The commitment is good, in that they give you more money for your clothes but the interest they charge is expensive.
The manager is not always friendly and approachable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La empresa muy buena, me sacaron del apuro por qué no contaba con efectivo a mano y necesitaba cubrir un coche que tuve enfrente de ellos al momento y solo tenía conmigo mi laptop, al momento de venir a sacarla, recibí un trato pésimo del encargado. Quería hacerle una pregunta y solo me dió la espalda. Ojalá la empresa cuente con mejores empleados y con mejor actitud y sobre todo con buenos encargados ya que es la imagen de empresa la que deja mal.
The company was very good, they got me out of trouble because I didn't have cash on hand and I needed to cover a car that I had in front of them at the time and I only had my laptop with me, when I came to take it out, I received a terrible treatment from the manager. I wanted to ask him a question and he just turned his back on me. Hopefully the company has better employees and a better attitude and above all with good managers since it is the company image that leaves bad.

Fui a sacar mi xbox y al momento de la entrega no me lo enseñaron solo lo embolsaron, todo lo buscaron por partes me dieron un eliminador que no era, para colmo voy Reclamar y me cobran 200 pesos para entregarme el correcto, ya en casa con el eliminador procedo a checar el xbox y me llevo la sorpresa de que le quitaron la tarjeta de memoria. Ratas!
Terrible service. I went to take out my xbox and at the time of delivery they did not show it to me, they just bagged it, everything they looked for in parts they gave me an eliminator that was not, to top it up I claim and they charge me 200 pesos to give me the right one, already at home with the eliminator proceeded to check the xbox and I am surprised that they removed the memory card. Rats!

Very good company for its customer service line, for the service and articles they provide, however I cannot say the same about the manager of the branch, it does not provide the necessary support to provide a solution, terrible service from the manager.
