★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible, ...y lo que le sigue....de nada sirve que sus colaboradores te atiendan con una sonrisa si con la misma te mandan por donde veniste.... Es ilogico que te digan que no puedes recoger tus productos pues su sistema tiene fallas y por tal no se puede hacer nada.....si, asi de ese tamaño...no pueden hacer nada. Mi caso es de un empeño de un aparato en el que al ir a retirarlo ayer me dicen que son 400 pesos mas¡¡¡¡ de lo que dice mi poliza, ..obviamente esto me causo sorpresa y molestia y al tratar de clarificar me dicen que si quiero mi aparato debo pagar lo que dice su sistema.... Aqui mi pregunta es, y mi poliza que se supone no tiene validez ?...o pueden ustedes manipular ya los contratos de manera tan arbitraria y aumentar las tarifas ?...o se supone que debo dirigirme a profeco ?...osea tengo 1 solo dia para retirar gracias a su incompetencia ...y obvio si se pasa el dia estipulado tendre que pagar el excedente gracias a su sistema ?... Espero respuesta satisfactoria ya que los miembros del equipo no pudieron resolverme nada...y yo nececito retirar mi ariculo

It is illogical for them to tell you that you cannot pick up your products because their system has faults and therefore nothing can be done ..... yes, this size ... they can't do anything. My case is an effort of a device in which when I go to remove it yesterday they tell me that it is 400 pesos more than what my policy says, .. obviously this caused me surprise and annoyance and when I tried to clarify They say that if I want my device I must pay what their system says .... Here my question is, and my policy is not supposed to be valid? ... or can you manipulate the contracts in such an arbitrary way and increase the rates ? ... Or am I supposed to go to Propheco? ... I mean, I only have 1 day to withdraw thanks to your incompetence ... and obviously if the stipulated day is passed I will have to pay the surplus thanks to your system? I hope a satisfactory answer since the team members could not solve anything for me ... and I need to withdraw my article

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece un lugar limpio ordenado el personal tiene un servicio promedio hay variedad de artículos como pantallas estereos linea blanca videojuegos etc lo recomendaria aunque el servicio se puede mejorar hasta ahora buena experiencia en este lugar
It seems to me a clean tidy place the staff has an average service there is a variety of items such as stereo screens, white line, video games etc I would recommend it although the service can be improved so far good experience in this place
