★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal, me cobran por un denuncio que debería ser gratis. Necesitaba el reporte de perdida de pasaporte, eso es gratis en todo lado. Nunca dieron factura, al parecer es la corrupción que allí se maneja, que tristeza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subí un par de fotos sobre los requisitos para sacar un acta de extravio de placas y tarjeta de circulación, hay una cabina que te saca copias por 2 pesos y las impresiones están en 10 pesos cada una, el acta de extravio cuesta 850 pesos es el único lugar de la República que cobra un acta de extravio y la sacan hasta las 4pm

Solo hay que llevar los documentos(comprobante de domicilio e INE ampliada al 150%) ¡¡Tengan cuidado con un par de mujeres que están en la entrada!! , no te dejan entrar, según ellas te orientan y te llevan a un puesto de copias donde te hacen "el tramite" obviamente más caro, $270 en lugar de $206, $20 por el formato que adentro es gratuito, $20 por un curp que no te piden y $6 por una copia del ine ??. Todo lo demás es dentro de la oficina solo lleven INE y comprobante de domicilio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dentro de la fiscalía el trámite es súper rápido, puedes pagar directamente ahí en efectivo o tarjeta, ahí mismo te toman las fotos, ya no necesitas llevarlas, importante llevar tus documentos (acta de nacimiento, comprobante de domicilio, INE, CURP, RFC, formato de pago de antecedentes). NO TE RECOMIENDO IR A LA "PAPELERÍA" que está afuera de la policía, son super groseros y te dan la información mal con tal de que compres ahí el "PAQUETE DE ANTECEDENTES PENALES" ya que si no lo compras no te brindan ningún servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una verdadera pena la forma en que está organizado el sistema de atención: la gente viene y espera horas sentada en el exterior, la persona que registra no siempre está ahi para darte tu número por lo que mucha gente llega y sólo se anota en la libreta, lo que causa malentendidos en el orden de quien sigue ya que en ocasiones ni siquiera está la libreta para anotarse...
Considero completamente irresponsable que una institución de seguridad pública esté tan dependiente de problemas técnicos tan absurdos, no es posible que sólo haya una impresora en toda la unidad y que suspendan el servicio porque se acabó un toner, estos detalles siempre se deben de anticipar...
Yo en mi caso me tocó ir en tres ocasiones: la primera vez esperé más de tres horas y al final nos dijeron que había un problema en "el sistema" que volvieramos mañana y se nos pasaría enseguida... al día siguiente volví y me dicen que están alternando a una persona de ese día y a otra del anterior, que espere... nuevamente espero más de tres horas para que al final nos digan que hubo un problema con la impresora, que volvieramos mañana..
Es una verdadera vergüenza que vengan madres con sus hijos a esperar tanto tiempo, personas mayores o con incapacidad
.. otra persona que había esperado igual que yo me contó que estaba desde las 11 de la mañana.. ¡y ya iban para las 6 de la tarde!
Yo que vengo desde Mexicali y que sólo me estoy quedando en la ciudad para dar seguimiento a mi caso me resulta trágico pensar en un extranjero pasando por lo mismo, que pésima impresión se va a llevar de la seguridad pública de nuestro país
Cuando finalmente me atienden y comienzan a documentar mi caso la señora estaba comiendo al mismo tiempo y para nada le apenaba darse pausas para morder su burrito y chismear con las otras señoras... esto, junto a su nulo conocimiento de mecanografía (escribiendo sólo usando los dedos índices y buscando las letras en el teclado), fueron la cereza del pastel para concluir esa porquería de experiencia en la que ni se resolvió nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to come here to file a police report as our cell phones were stolen. We had to wait hours to fill out a small document. That was not the issue though. They charged us about $400 mxn pesos to file the police report. I don't think this is the right thing to do as it should be a public service. It's been a year, and we still haven't received the phone back. I'm not holding my breath, but we got an alert from apple several months after the incident and the phone was active in a military base on the Mexico / Belize border. Thanks!
