★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demasiado burócratismo. Los funcionarios poco sensibles a las situaciones que atienden. Solo están detrás de su escritorio haciendo su trabajo. Pocos servidores empáticos y cuidadosos. La mayoría es como si estuvieran despachando tortillas: "el que sigue". Eso es complejo para las mujeres y hombres que llegan agraviados y heridos no solo físicamente sino del alma. No dan información oportuna: si les llega el turno de irse a comer no avisan aunque estén atendiendo a alguien, lo que ocasiona que encima de la situación a la que llegan, todavía tienen que esperarlos entre 3 y 4 horas porque "es su hora de comida". Como toda dependencia de gobierno: mal.
Too much bureaucracy. Officials little sensitive to the situations they deal with. They are just behind their desk doing their job. Few empathetic and careful servers. Most of them are as if they were dispatching tortillas: "the one that follows". That is complex for women and men who arrive injured and wounded not only physically but of the soul. They don't give timely information: if it's their turn to go eat they don't notify them even though they're seeing someone, which means that on top of the situation they arrive in, they still have to wait between 3 and 4 hours because "it's their time to meal". Like any government agency: bad.
