★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm incredibly impressed with Abigail's skills and approach to physical therapy. She resolved a friend's shoulder impingement in 6 visits, and he highly recommended her. I have low back and right leg pain coupled with tingling in my right knee. This is a recurrence of a problem I had in 2014. In 3 sessions I feel better than I did after 9 visits at my PT/chiropractor NOB.
Her exercises are simple, effective, and manageable. She explains the reason for everything she does. She works towards getting you active at the things you enjoy doing. Her plan is to relieve the pain, strengthen the muscles involved, and help me modify my regular activities so I can continue to enjoy them without aggravating my back.
