Completo, limpio, excelentes medidas de higiene, muy buena actitud de parte de todos y es muy bonito el edificio, sobre todo el mega mural que hay en la parte de atrás

Esta padre el gym, limpio, atención súper bien, pero los profesores de cross deberían de decirnos mejor si lo estamos haciendo bien para que no haya lesiones, cuando le pregunto me manda con el alumno a que me explique, si estamos pagando es por su atención, no para que nada más vayamos a ocupar los aparatos de cross a lo menso, he querido meterme a funcional pero el maestro se me hace prepotente cuando le pregunte sobre como empezar, espero mejoren esto para seguir asistiendo y recomendarlos :)

No estuve precisamente en el gym sino en su restaurante qué está adentro en una terraza muy bonita y la comida está deliciosa. Puedes traer a tu perro. Es pet friendly.

Muy buen lugar para ejercitarse, su costo es bastante accesible, si bien no hay una variedad de aparatos, existen los necesarios para ejercitar todo el cuerpo, además de que cuentan con otras actividades, mantienen limpias las instalaciones, además de que cuentan con toallas sanitizantes para el uso de aparatos, para acudir hay que avisar por medio de WhatsApp

UPDATE: I've asked for a partial refund, AND the management confirmed they would give it to me. And then, surprise-surprise, started ignoring my emails :) Shame on you guys, just...shame on you. Original review: This gym has so much potential, but... It is definitely the single most awful gym I have ever been to on 5 continents. The selection of machines and weights is just fine, but the trainers and owners allow a culture that just makes it impossible to enjoy your workout. No, I will not alternate with your team of three sweaty people on the bench, who each do not have a towel. In the middle of the pandemic. No, it's not OK to remove someone's towel off the lat machine without asking, while I am standing two feet from it and then get mad because I said something about it. The dumbbells are never in their place and weights are often hoarded. That's ok, owners of the gym - this is your gym and you can run it however you want. But when I went to the front desk and explained all these things and why I am asking for my membership to be cancelled (after all, if I am not enjoying, other people around me are not enjoying), they made it such a huge deal. First, I need to send an actual email to the gym, to the person I spoke to, requesting the cancellation. Then, a week passes. No response. Another week. No response. I had a free one day coupon from the time I complained, so I gave to my friend. When he gave it to the front desk a few days later, they told him the coupon expired. AWFUL, simply AWFUL. I do not recommend :)
