Pague $1,000 por que limpiaran un iPhone mojado y al 2o día (Lunes) lo lleve a Mac y me mostraron evidencia de que no le hicieron NADA No Regreso. Son Defraudadores Super Bad Service. I paid $ 1,000 to have a wet iPhone cleaned and on the 2nd day (Monday) I took it to Mac and they showed me evidence that they did NOTHING. No Return. They are fraudsters

Les entregué mi celular y la batería nueva y aún en caja solo para que la cambiarán, cuando regreso 1 hora después aún tenían mi celular abierto y me muestran que la batería que les di no era nueva y tenía defecto. Yo abrí la caja de la batería cuando me llegó y la que ellos me mostraron era completamente diferente inclusive de otro color. Estafa. Me robaron mi bateria nueva y me dieron una usada. No recomiendo este lugar para nada. I do not recommend this place at all. My cell phone needed a new battery and I bought it online, brand new. I gave them my cell phone and the new battery and it was still in a box, just so they could change it, when I came back 1 hour later they still had my cell phone open and they show me that the battery I gave them was not new and had a defect. I opened the battery box when it arrived and the one they showed me was completely different even in another color. Swindle. They stole my new battery and gave me a used one. I do not recommend this place at all.

Después de 5 horas me dicen que no pueden arreglarlo. Al. Intentar arreglarlo por mis medios me doy cuenta que me robaron la cámara y el conector de audiculares,eso más el dinero que nunca me devolvieron. Me parece pésimo, y es una vergüenza que un centro comercial de un espacio de trabajo a una empresa que se dedica a tomarle el Pelo a la gente y robarle. Cuando regresé a por el celular no funcionaba, me dice el tecnico Arturo Villegas que es porque se ha roto una segunda pieza "misteriosamente mientras lo reparaban" y que tengo que pagar el doble ahora, me niego en rotundo y voy a Apple, le hacen un analisis completo y resulta que me han roto la placa logica por una mala manipulacion de ellos, y que me han cambiado la bateria original por una generica, voy a la tienda y me dicen que es todo mentira, que ellos son mejores tecnicos que los de Apple............. Escribo a la compañia por email, llamada y facebook lo cual no recibo respuesta, sois una empresa CERO profesionales, ni siquiera leisteis el informe de Apple porque sabiais que estabais mintiendo mi telefono ha quedado completamente inservible, ojala y nadie mas vaya a esta tienda, no teneis respeto por las personas, solo os aprovechais de sacar mas dinero!!!!!!!!! Mi micrófono funcionaba y después de reparar el celular porque se apagaba dejaron el micrófono sin servir y no se quisieron hacer responsables Bad service and staff attention.
