We were in Cozumel on a vacation and staying at an airbnb. The host recommended this laundry and we used it twice. Awesome job, very fast turnaround, and great rates - 15 peso/kg for normal service, 25 peso/kg for express. Highly recommended!

Took our clothes here because the hotel rates were ridiculous. Our clothes were done at the time prescribed, smelled good, were folded (albeit not great... But I am picky), and nothing was missing. They have express (3hr) service which we didn't use. Be advised you need to bring bags to put clean, folded clothes into. We will use lavandaria wash express next time we're in CZM.

My husband and I visited this place twice (although the second time it wasn't on purpose.. we just went with maps, looking for a place that offered an express service, and didn't realize it was the same one) and I can say this: the job gets done on time, the prices are very accessible, even choosing the fast service, which was indeed fast (our things were washed and dried in 3 hours). I won't be going back though as the clothes feel a bit dusty when they return and some of them, which were new, became drabby after just one wash, acquiring that look that things have after you've washed them a thousand times. My best guess is that they wash and dry everything at very high temperatures, with not much care or attention to the types of clothing. I also suspect their dryers are old and overused.. hence the dust. The place looks kind of unkept and messy inside too. Overall, I did not get that nice feeling of freshly washed clothes that I would have liked.

Nice place to have your clothes laundered. They get your laundry done without fuss. And the price is great compared to hotel rates or hostel rates in the area. They are a standalone business doing the very best job and it’s a good thing that you support them, your clothes certainly will appreciate it :)
