They kept it a week and wouldn't respond to texts asking is it was ready when we'd go to get it, it was always tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow... When I got it back, it still doesn't connect to the network, camera won't respond and it won't turn on when fully charged. They lie to my face to tell me what I want to hear so I go away. Now, I have to buy a new phone, at least before it worked perfectly with wi-fi.
