★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no pueden hacer ni siquiera hacer una cotización, pero fundamentalmente no entiendo de que sirve abrir un negocio de reparación de equipos cuando la persona que contesta el teléfono responde que generalmente los equipos no se pueden reparar, y ya no tienen compostura.
Habra que reconocer que al menos la negatividad de la persona que contesta permite no tener que perder el tiempo llevando el equipo.
 Lousy service, they cannot even make a quote, but fundamentally I do not understand what is the purpose of opening an equipment repair business when the person answering the phone responds that the equipment cannot usually be repaired, and they no longer have composure.
It will be necessary to recognize that at least the negativity of the person who answers allows not having to waste time carrying the equipment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí con ellos para la reparación de una pantalla rota, hice varias cotizaciones y los elegí por ser un lugar con reputación alta, aunque de todas las opciones, los mas caros. No me comentaron que el proveedor traía piezas chinas y mi celular con pantalla de cristal terminó con una de policarbonato. Inicialmente se negaron a que les llevase la pantalla de crdistal nueva para despegarle el sensor antiguo (que estaba íntegro) porque me comentaron que era muy riesgoso, ya que estas piezas se suelen dañar al despegarlas. Accedi a comprarles su pantalla. Me acorde de pedirles que me regresaran la pieza original. Primero, solo me entregaron el cristal roto, ya insistiendo, me devolvieron de otra caja donde estaba guardado, mi sensor perfectamente despegadito (justo lo que me comentaron que no hacían) ignoro si para venta del mismo ya que es original y estaba 100% funcional.
I went with them to repair a broken screen, made several quotes and chose them for being a place with a high reputation, although of all the options, the most expensive. I was not told that the supplier brought Chinese pieces and my glass screen cell phone ended with a polycarbonate one. Initially they refused to take the new screen to take off the old sensor (which was intact) because they told me it was very risky, since these pieces are usually damaged when they are taken off. I agreed to buy their screen. I remembered asking them to return the original piece to me. First, they only handed me the broken glass, already insisting, they returned me from another box where it was stored, my sensor perfectly detached (just what they told me they didn't do) I don't know if for sale of it since it is original and was 100% functional .

Llame por teléfono y todo parecía bien pero al acudir fue un engaño , tengan cuidado
Ni siquiera deje mi lap pues tienen una pésima atención y te tratan como estorbo
Es una falta de respeto que te hagan ir para que salgas igual , ni siquiera estaba el técnico para revisarla
