★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Mandé mi vehículo a mantenimiento y por campaña de seguridad le tenían que cambiar la bolsa de aire del conductor. Ahora no funcionan los comandos del volante ni el claxon por causa de esto. Llevo 2 semanas estando detrás de ellos para que me indiquen si ya cuentan con la refacción correcta por que resulta que la que le colocaron no era . Por otro lado no me entregarom una hoja con el estado de los 25 puntos que se revisan del veiculo, cosa que en otras agencias si hacen. Realmente poco profesional.
Terrible service. I sent my vehicle to maintenance and for safety campaign they had to change the driver's airbag. Now the steering wheel commands and the horn do not work because of this. I have been behind them for 2 weeks to let me know if they already have the right spare because it turns out that the one they placed was not. On the other hand I did not give me a sheet with the status of the 25 points that are reviewed of the vehicle, which in other agencies do. Really unprofessional.
