J	Jose Alberto Bernal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio NO RECOMENDABLE. Te cobran $400 por diagnostico. Tardaron 4 días en darme un diagnostico (y eso que tuve que hablar). Y su respuesta fue: "Cambie de tarjeta madre, serán como $4000 pesos". La lleve mejor con un amigo, me cobro $600 y listo, tengo más de 15 días usando mi computadora sin ningún problema. Solo perdí tiempo y dinero. Terrible service NOT RECOMMENDED. They charge you $ 400 per diagnosis. It took 4 days to give me a diagnosis (and that I had to talk). And his answer was: "Change motherboard, it will be like $ 4000 pesos." I took it better with a friend, I charge $ 600 and that's it, I have more than 15 days using my computer without any problem. I just wasted time and money.

Se les hizo el comentario y solo mencionaron que estaba dañada la tarjeta de video, pero que tenían que cambiar toda la tarjeta madre, nunca se hicieron responsables del daño que hicieron porque el eq se les entregó funcionando correctamente. Si tienen un problema con sus equipos mejor vayan a otro lado, son unos irresponsables y ladrones porque si servicio es demasiado caro Terrible service, my daughter had a working lap only to have the hinges changed and when they delivered it the screen no longer hung.
