★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good burgers as well as the sides. My only complaint would be the fact, that the burgers were too salty. It's hard to say if thats how they usually are or if just ours were like that. Still, the meat was perfectly done and everything else was as it should be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious burgers, wonderful service! We took blue monday, aguacato, french fries, yuca. Good size, amazing buns, delicious meats, fresh ingredients. The restaurant is not on the tourist street so they don't have many guests. But if you come to them, you will leave well fed, joyful and in love with their food ?

The basic instinct was incredible-fluffy, buttery buns paired with the most melt-in-your-mouth meat I’ve ever tasted…If I weren’t leaving Merida tomorrow I’d probably return tomorrow. My group devoured them so quickly that I wasn’t able to snag a picture. But the carrot cake was also delish and nicely decorated.
The ambiance and top notch customer service made the experience allll the better after staying in rural Mexico for a few days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for a walk and tripped on this small burger shop. What a find! Great burgers and fries. The burgers were large with generous toppings. The drinks, chocolate shake and the fruit fizz were cold and refreshing. Service with a smile made us feel welcome.
NO alcohol, which can be a good change sometimes.
Looking forward to our next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9/10 best burgers of Yucatan! We went there for dinner and really loved the burgers. The burger buns were homemade and really soft and tasty. The patties were juicy and in combination with the other ingredients really delicious. You should also try the fries “papas flamante”. The service was also friendly, quick and English speaking. Prices were totally fair for the delivered quality. I recommend the place 100%.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've come to Flamante several times since being in Merida (or ordered delivery) & its literally a weekly go-to. Everything is so fresh! The Paradiso salad is everything. Literally my favorite. I've also tried the Honey Bee salad, the sticky fingers (OMG so good), the Basic Instincts burger, the Quinoa and Aguacate burger. Their red fruits flamante soda is a delight. Pro tip: SAVE ROOM for the carrot cake if they have it. I've also wanted to try the brownie, but have yet to. Place is just soo good and most importantly consistent. Staff is always extremely pleasant. Love the ambiance/vibe.
