C	Carlos Vargas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only good thing here was the good restaurant staff. FIVE ⭐. I'm 50 years old and I felt too young to stay at this Hotel. It's good for relaxing and a very clam location.
P	Philip Feldmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All in all fairly priced. Very friendly staff :), close proximity to the airport and marina - the location is practical but far from the centre. Expect some noise in the rooms (thin walls) but overall nice, warm and spacey rooms. If you dont mind a bit of noise and dont have sleeping problems, you'll be fine. The pool area is small but nice. If youre just staying short (2-3 days) its recommendable. Otherwise and for longer stays it might be worth to upgrade to other hotels around and spend a bit more. Buffet is availabe and okay but dont expect too much.
K	Kim Stuart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a 5 star hotel. This is a 3 star hotel doing a 5 star job at being that. If you take it for what it is, you won't be unhappy. Was here for a night before moving to our condo when I came to PV a day early. Rooms are basic, clean, beds are ok, pillows aren't my favorite but they are ok for a night. If I was staying longer I would go buy a pillow, but that's how I feel about a lot of hotels. Hugo the bellman is very charming and helpful, the staff were all very nice and for 60 USD nightly, the hotel delivers.
V	Verified Hotel Guest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The man and the bellhopper we're very friendly.The grounds we're interesting and beautiful. Negative: One of the loudest places I've ever stayed. It wasn't the guests. I was in my room a lot due to a surgery.The staff would yell to each other in the hallways literally all day. From around 7 AM to past 11PM .

My door didn't lock, the hot water was impossible to figure out, my TV only worked some of the time, the pool looks like they pumped water out of the marina in to it.

If they say “burgers for lunch” they will cook ONE burger every 5min until people give up. Incredibly rude staff and a rip off. Stay elsewhere if you do not want to be disappointed. The hotel group refused a refund even though I chose not to stay with them due to the awful service and shocking “all inclusive experience” when I arrived. If you like terrible service, fighting for awful salsa and tortilla chips for your “inclusive” lunch as well as fighting for a space to stand in the pool that was clearly not following Covid protocols by being overcrowded to the max, you may have found the motel for you.
K	Kathy Chartier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were very nice. Unfortunately, the rooms weren't very sound proof. There were children next door to our room, and we could hear them talking and being vocal. Although the building is a bit older, the staff do a great job maintaining the property. We found that the restaurant was over priced in comparison to others around the marina. Also, the person in the lobby selling excursions had quoted us with some high prices until we said that it was a bit high for our budget. Then she said that because we were guests, she could give us some better rates. We walked down the marina and found the same excursions for a much better price. Walmart isn't too far from the hotel, and it was a nice walk.
B	Brad & Heather Wallace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent 10 days here. Enjoyed it very much. Room was perfect. Clean and lots of hot water. Our balcony overlooked the pool area. Was actually quiet in the evening and all night. Being on the Marina offered many nice restaurants and other shopping and site seeing options. Hotel staff was polite and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
