★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar: es pequeño y no tiene lugar para sentarse, sólo cuenta con pequeñas barras en el exterior del inmueble donde uno puede dejar su plato. Tiene un feeling de otra época, sin embargo está algo sucio.
El servicio: es rápido y eficaz, sólo que en ocasiones el nivel de afluencia de gente hace que quienes atienden se hagan bolas con los pedidos. La dinámica es formarse y decirle el número de flautas o quesadillas deseadas al dependiente: "dos con todo y una quesadilla con todo!, pónme también un tepache!".
La comida: es sencilla y no tiene mucho sabor. Las flautas sí tienen carne, pero ésta no sabe realmente a carne. Lo que más me gustó fueron las quesadillas de papa, ya que estaban muy crujientes y doraditas. Aguas con la salsa, está picosa, sin embargo es lo que le da todo el sabor a la comida. El tepache no me pareció sobresaliente, sabía un poco a orange crush.
Lo bueno: los precios, tanto quesadillas como flautas y tepache chico te salen de a 8 varitos.
Lo malo: el sabor no es muy bueno, y es preocupante que en general, pero especialmente ahora en temporada de pandemia, estos compas no laven sus platos, sólo los medio limpian con papel de estraza y se los pasan con su orden al siguiente cliente.
Conclusión: recomendable ir una vez por probar, es uno de los lugares más icónico de la gastronomía tepiteña.
 The place: it is small and there is no place to sit, it only has small bars outside the building where you can leave your plate. It has a feeling from another era, however it is somewhat dirty.
The service: it is fast and efficient, only that sometimes the level of influx of people makes those who attend to balls with the orders. The dynamic is to form up and tell the clerk the number of flutes or quesadillas desired: "two with everything and one quesadilla with everything! Put me a tepache too!".
The food: it is simple and does not have much flavor. The flutes do have meat, but it doesn't really taste like meat. What I liked the most were the potato quesadillas, as they were very crispy and golden brown. Waters with the sauce, it is spicy, however it is what gives all the flavor to the food. I didn't find the tepache outstanding, it tasted a bit like orange crush.
The good: the prices, both quesadillas and flautas and small tepache come out of 8 sticks.
The bad: the taste is not very good, and it is worrying that in general, but especially now in the pandemic season, these compas do not wash their dishes, they only clean them with brown paper and pass them with their order to the next customer. .
Conclusion: recommended to go once to try, it is one of the most iconic places in Tepitean gastronomy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo q pasa es q siempre hay bastantes personas y bueno eso hace un poco estresante estar en ese lugar. Igual están de pasables sus garnachitas.
What happens is that there are always quite a few people and well that makes it a bit stressful to be in that place. Their garnachitas are just as passable.
