★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pèsimo servicio, el conmutador ofrece la opciòn de "si conoce el nùmero de extensiòn" sin embargo No da los nùmeros de extensiones y menos aùn los departamentos, por otro lado, al elegir la opciòn "cero" te redirige a la caseta de vigilancia donde los "pobres" No saben NADA... y tienen prohìbido dar informaciòn sobre las extensiones, Caray! ¿y si soy un cliente nuevo, como carajos me comunico con ustedes??
terrible service, the switch offers the option "if you know the extension number" however it does not give the extension numbers and even less the departments, on the other hand, when choosing the "zero" option it redirects you to the security booth where the "poor" don't know ANYTHING... and they are forbidden to give information about the extensions, Geez! What if I'm a new customer, how the hell do I get in touch with you?
