Florence started with a dream, and the name is something special to all of us. For our family, Florence was a mother and a grandmother, an intrepid traveller and curious soul. Florence is a tribute to the woman who inspired us to treat life as an endless exploration.
We are proud to be an entirely family-run operation, after years working in and around real estate, we wanted to try something new that could involve all members of our family. Building somewhere in Mexico turned into a long winding process, hunting for the perfect opportunity. After spending time in all corners of this beautiful country, from Baja to the Yucatan, we stumbled upon Sayulita when a close friend recommended we check it out. Within the first week, we were sold. Years of hard work and planning later we are excited to open our doors to you.
Florence was designed and built with a focus on creating a space we would love ourselves. Every detail, from the location, to interiors, pool deck and rooftop terrace were curated with this in mind. Whether you love relaxing by the pool, meeting new friends at our abundant common areas or spending your time by the beach, Florence is waiting to house your next vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place to relax and enjoy Mexico . Very clean great decor. Close to town but on a quiet street . Walk to the beach or downtown to all the great places to eat or cook on the rooftop patio with BBQ’s. Perfect size pool to cool off. My new favourite place!! It was my birthday and the wonderful owners treated me with a nice bottle of champagne!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience - affordable place with amazing location and all the amenities we needed. Plus during these unprecedented times, we were so grateful they were able to refund us for extra nights we booked but had to shift due to flight changes. Tony, the onsite manager, was super responsive and accommodating. The pool and rooftop were a bonus. Location is everything and it was nice it was so close to the main beach but also studding Carricitos and Los Meurtos beaches (more off the beaten path). Overall would recommend and stay here again. The only thing would be if you care about strong water pressure get a room on the lower floors - but for us the view was worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Florence is a perfect calm oasis that is near enough to all the shops and restaurants in Sayulita but far enough away to not be disturbed by any traffic or noise. Nighttimes here are dead quiet and it was exactly the kind of vacation that I was looking for.
We stayed in the 3rd floor penthouse which I highly recommend as it has a private balcony and full kitchen which allowed us to cook for ourselves using some of the wonderful locale fare on those nights where we didn't feel like going to another restaurant.
And of course Tony is an absolute gem! He was always readily available via whatsapp and would respond to any requests quickly. And even though our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until after midnight, he was still there to welcome us when we eventually got there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful boutique apartment complex just a 8 minute walk from town or from multiple beaches. The rooms were clean and spacious. A relaxing space to get away from the chaos of downtown. Tony (the concierge) answered any questions or concerns we had and the owners of the property were super friendly. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

For the price Casa Florence is exceptional value, I can not tell you how comfortable it felt and how safe and convenient it made me feel. I can not thank Roger enough for taking our booking at such short notice. It is truly a place I feel at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had the pleasure of staying at Casa Florence on two occasions. It keeps getting better. A lovely well appointed boutique hotel.
The rooms are clean,nicely furnished. The pool and roof top are a delight. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants and the downtown action.
Management and staff exceptional. Would highly recommend.
