POSIBLE SCAM!!! Comparto mi experiencia para que otra persona como yo no pierda su tiempo y se ahorre malos momentos. Pésimo servicio por internet. Explicó mi situación, por el momento me encuentro radicando en USA, confié en esta empresa para dos pedidos y ambos salieron terriblemente mal, primer pedido pido una caja de flores rojas, sin chocolates y con cerveza negra modelo, llega a la persona una caja con flores rosas, chocolates y cerveza clara, todo estaba muy bonito pero no fue por lo que pagué ni lo que pedí, segundo pedido, confío en ellos para el 14 de febrero y mi culpa fue decirles que mandaba a una persona por el arreglo y después pedirles que lo enviaran a domicilio, obviamente pagando envío y quedando a espera de su repartidor, me confirman que lo pueden mandar, pregunto si el paquete fue entregado y me confirman que así es, hablo con la persona a la cual le tenían que dar el paquete y me comenta que no recibió nada. MI EXPERIENCIA CON ESTA EMPRESA FUE COMO TIRAR MI DINERO A LA BASURA. DE NADA SIRVE TENER UN EXCELENTE PRODUCTO SI EL TRATO A TU CLIENTE ES UNA BASURA Y UNO RECIBE EL PRODUCTO POR EL CUAL ESTÁ PAGANDO. SI NO TE ENCUENTRAS EN MORELIA DE FORMA PRESENCIAL PARA RECOGER EL PRODUCTO NO LES COMPRES!!! IF YOU ARE NOT IN MORELIA IN PERSON TO PICK UP THE PRODUCT, DO NOT BUY THEM!!!
