★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La florería tarda mucho en hacer las entregas, los mensajeros piden dinero adicional al que te cobran por gastos de envío y te envían arreglos diferentes y de menor calidad a lo que pagas, en mi caso pague un arreglo de mil pesos y entregaron una porquería. Pésimo servicio al cliente, la srita Margarita es muy grosera y no te resuelven nada.
The flower shop takes a long time to make the deliveries, the couriers ask for additional money to the one they charge you for shipping costs and they send you different arrangements and of lower quality than what you pay, in my case I paid a thousand pesos for an arrangement and they delivered crap. Terrible customer service, Miss Margarita is very rude and they do not solve anything for you.

Very bad experience. I ordered a fix that arrived two hours after the deadline. When the flowers arrived they were already very ripe and the arrangement was totally different from what I had asked for... avoid getting angry with bad treatment and service.

Estaré por revisar la calidad de las rosas rojas en cuanto a duración y belleza. Están en 22$ x pieza espero que el precio sea equivalente a la misma.
