Ellos no me repararon el material dañado!!!!. Durante 3 días me contestaron diciendo que lo iban a reponer, pero no fue verdad. Ahora ni siquiera contestan el teléfono. Los clientes tenemos derecho a que se nos ofrezca un servicio de calidad. Por eso se les paga! Florería Muguete NO lo hace. Florist that is not serious about the service it offers. I requested a flower arrangement and it was delivered with a broken base. They did not repair the damaged material !!!! For 3 days they answered me saying that they were going to replace it, but it was not true. Now they don't even answer the phone. Clients have the right to be offered a quality service. That's why they get paid! Muguete Florist does NOT.

No tuve que llamar para recordarles sobre mi factura, al día siguiente para las 9am ya estaba en mi correo. MUCHAS GRACIAS POR SU AMABLE AYUDA Y EXCELENTE SERVICIO!!!!
