★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He comprado 4 arreglos, los 3 anteriores ya estaban hechos y me los llevé en el momento, pero en este último lo encarge y dejé pagado desde un día antes, la señora que me atendió vio que su competencia (que está a un local de distancia) me había quedado mal con otro arreglos floral que mi hermana compro ahí por equivocación... Pero bueno, se quejo y se molestó más que yo... El chiste es que pasó el día y la hora indicada por el arreglo y resulta que está cerrado, tuve que esperar 10 min... Y luego otros 10 en lo que "encontraban" mi arreglo y luego querían que me esperara otros minutos para que lo hicieran... Que triste es ver está falta de compromiso en tiendas locales, ya que uno consiente que hay que apoyarnos y con esto de la pandemia pues sabemos que son los más afectados y resulta que a ellos no les preocupa corresponder el servicio... Bueno, ni modo, han perdido y desepcionado a un cliente.
 I bought 4 arrangements, the previous 3 were already made and I took them at the time, but in the latter I ordered it and left paid from a day before, the lady who attended me saw that her competition (which is a local away ) I had been wrong with another floral arrangement that my sister bought there by mistake ... But hey, she complained and was more annoyed than me ... The joke is that the day and time indicated by the arrangement happened and it turns out that It is closed, I had to wait 10 min ... And then another 10 where they "found" my arrangement and then they wanted me to wait for other minutes for them to do so ... How sad it is to see this lack of commitment in local stores, since one consents that we have to support us and with this pandemic we know that they are the most affected and it turns out that they do not care about corresponding the service ... Well, by no means, they have lost and disappointed a client.
