The best way to describe the chef and the place is: Have you seen a man skillful and experienced in his work and business? He will serve in honor before kings; He will not serve at low levels. You have to try it and then you will write a review higher than mine!
J	Jon C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the best food experience I had in PV. Every meal was 5/5. Creative, flavourful, and outstanding service. Air conditioning inside. Note there are only 4 tables inside. Drinks were reasonably priced at 80 pesos, normally much more for this quality.

I have always loved when the owner comes to the table to introduce himself after 29 years of restaurant management and ownership myself. Miguel doesn't disappoint, he comes to the table and checks on you throughout the "experience" many times. We've had Oscar at both locations now and he's always on top of it! Ambiance is above and beyond, quality is consistently top notch. Each and every bite from the bread to the tiramasu is delightful. We took dessert home and couldn't resist a jar of Miguel's famous Chimicchurri.

The Potato Salad was outstanding. We had a selection of several entrees, none disappointed. If you are looking for a great meal do not hesitate. Although pricey, worth every cent.

I had the stuffed ravioli that changes daily. Mine was stuffed with salmon cheeses and vegetable. I opted for The Bolognese sauce which was amazing! I had the house Malbec Argentinian wine which was phenomenal! I would go back and visit this restaurant many times over! Very local, not a tourist location!
