Si sabe van retrasadas en trabajo no le cuesta nada enviar un mensaje, sin embargo acudo media hora después y me pide espere de 20-30 minutos le comento si al final me van atender y no me lo asegura según ella porque a lo mejor ya es muy tarde y no les dé tiempo y yo no soy prioridad por ser retoque, quien paga mi tiempo, estacionamiento y gasolina?
3. Me comenta me pueden atender entre semana, pero le recuerdo yo no puedo porque trabajo, y me conteste que ese es mi problema
3. Se burla en mi cara por decirle que es un problema de logística del local, le solicitó me agende otra cita el próximo sábado pero que se me cobrará la penalización por el tiempo y que nuevamente no me asegura se me atienda a la hora acordada, entonces para que son las citas
4. Solicitó se me atienda con el respeto debido y se cumpla con las condiciones que el lugar establece y no se rían en mi cara y solo acabe ignorándome
5. Quiero se me agende mi cita nuevamente o pondré mi queja en alguna institución gubernamental que defienda mis derechos como consumidor
