★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quería formatear mi CD nuevecito que acaba de comprar allí mismo en modo almacenamiento de datos para almacenar 2 KB. Un proceso que dura 1 minuto. Las chicas de format pc no saben como hacerlo jajaja y me dicen que costará 80 pesos que porque se va renderizar media hora. Deberían capacitarlas mejor y enseñarles que no solo películas en formato dvd o música puede renderizar en un disco. De hecho hasta les intenté mostrarles y entrar en razón pero me dicen no no no y no. Aprendan a escuchar al cliente que no son dioses para saber todo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice el pedido de un componente y me dieron un plazo de 5 a 10 días, ya pasó el plazo máximo estimado, y si bien comprendo que los envíos no dependen de ellos sí enoja que al mandarles mensaje para preguntar nunca respondan y siempre dejen en visto, esa parte de atención al cliente deja mucho que desear.
