★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es lo mejor yo vivo aquí, es muy seguro por qué hay guardias y cercas electricas para que no pase ningún intruso hay una tienda y está muy chico el frac pero eso implica más seguridad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alfareros 1ra etapa es un fraccionamiento muy bonito, muy tranquilo y además cuenta con personal de seguridad las 24 horas, cámaras de vigilancia y cerca eléctrica, un lugar cómodo y tranquilo para la familia ubicado en el municipio de Santa María atzompa. Hay transporte público (taxis y moto taxis) que por la cantidad máxima de 10 pesos te llevan a la plaza comercial más cercana que es plaza bella o por 13 pesos viajas del fraccionamiento al centro de la ciudad de Oaxaca, además de ser un lugar muy limpio y muy privado para la seguridad de las familias.
Alfareros 1st stage is a very nice neighborhood, very quiet and also has 24-hour security personnel, surveillance cameras and electric fence, a comfortable and quiet place for the family located in the municipality of Santa María atzompa. There is public transport (taxis and motorcycle taxis) that for the maximum amount of 10 pesos take you to the nearest shopping plaza which is Plaza Bella or for 13 pesos you travel from the subdivision to the center of the city of Oaxaca, in addition to being a very clean and very private for the safety of families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las viviendas estan bien, no son grandes pero lo necesario para vivir ahi, tienen seguridad para que no entre cualquier persona más que solo propietarios. Hay un oxxo cerca pero nada más, el centri comercial más cercano es plaza bella y si esta retirado.
The houses are fine, they are not big but what is necessary to live there, they have security so that no person enters except for the owners. There is an oxxo nearby but nothing else, the closest commercial center is Plaza Bella and it is far away.
